About The Author
Jessica Biel (she/her) is a daughter, sister, and mother who, yes, still gets her period. As a mentor, she educates herself and others about how to bridge the reproductive health knowledge gap. She's also an actress and producer, and in order to make cool things, she founded Iron Ocean Productions with her friend and partner, Michelle Purple (she/her). This book was created in partnership with PERIOD., a global, youth-fueled nonprofit which strives to eradicate period poverty and stigma through service, education, and advocacy.
